I have been working with Dr. Jackie Sanders for a couple of years now, but this season was especially important as I was training for the Boston Marathon. Jackie is an amazing physical therapist who has helped me maintain my performance at a high level while marathon training. We have routine visits to ensure that my movement is optimal and I'm running strong. During my marathon training, I had a rough patch where I injured my calf during the Heart Mini Half. Jackie was there for me, and she helped me get through this blip quickly and effectively while keeping me calm and focused on the bigger picture. She got me race day ready and I was able to run my fastest time ever at the Boston Marathon. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackie Sanders to all runners. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me achieve my goals and making my marathon experience a success!
After major foot surgery I worked with Jackie Sanders as part of my recovery. She was great! She has a great sense of humor and is dedicated to getting her patients "back on their feet". She is professional, knowledgeable and she will provide candid feedback about your progress/ next steps. I had the opportunity to observe her at a clinic she put on with athletes interested in improving their running. She was informative, humorous, and very engaged with her audience. The clinic surveys rated her as "excellent"! I highly recommend Jackie Sanders to be your physical therapist!
